According to the complaint, C&J Well Services Inc. became the de facto landlord of property its predecessors subleased to Southern Heavy Equipment for $9,000 per month. The original lessor is EOTT Holdings. Southern Heavy Equipment allegedly owes $94,500 in back rent on the lease, which is set to expire on Aug. 30, 2017.
