RIPLEY – A woman is suing Vanguard Healthcare LCC and other individuals over claims of wrongful death.
Sherry Rich, on behalf of the estate and wrongful death beneficiaries of Sybil Rich, filed a lawsuit and demanded a jury trial on June 5 in Jackson Circuit Court against Vanguard Healthcare LLC, Vanguard Healthcare Services LLC, Eldercare Management Associates LLC, Eldercare of Jackson County LLC, Michael Conaway and Shelli Barnette.
