Construction company claims invoice not paid

Construction

WINFIELD — A construction company is suing a storage company over allegations of an unpaid bill.

Frampton Construction LLC filed suit on Jan. 25 in Putnam Circuit Court against Putnam Elite Storage LLC over claims that defendant has yet to pay for services rendered.

Frampton alleges that it did construction work for defendant from May 24, 2014, to June 19, 2014. After completion of services, Frampton claims, the defendant still owes a total sum of $9,936 for a past-due invoice. The plaintiff asserts that it has made multiple attempts at collecting the past-due invoice, and claims that the defendant has failed to pay the balance.

Frampton is suing for the sum of $9,936 plus post-judgment interest along with the cost of filing the suit and service fees. It is represented by attorneys James B. Atkins, Paul Atkins and Bree Whipp Ogle at the Atkins & Ogle Law Offices LC in Buffalo.
