KINGWOOD — A Pennsylvania firm is suing a cellphone company over $5,000 in merchandise that allegedly wasn't paid for.

Wireless Xcessories Group Inc. filed a lawsuit Feb. 12 in Preston Circuit Court against Simpson & Simpson Enterprises LLC, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to its website, Wireless Xcessories sells batteries, cases, chargers and Bluetooth devices for cellphones. The suit says Simpson & Simpson (formerly T.S. Cellular)  bought $5,088.85 worth of goods from Wireless Xcessories, but has never paid for the merchandise.

The plaintiff seeks recovery of the full amount of the debt, plus interest accruing at 7 percent annually from July 15, 2015. It is represented by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa P.C. of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
