Wisconsin firm seeks to enforce judgment against Clancy’s Irish Pub

KEYSER — A Wisconsin company is suing in a West Virginia court, seeking to enforce a court judgment from LaCrosse County, Wisconsin, against a West Virginia business and two individuals.


KEYSER — A Wisconsin company is suing in a West Virginia court, seeking to enforce a court judgment from LaCrosse County, Wisconsin, against a West Virginia business and two individuals.

The motion was filed Feb. 19 in Mineral Circuit Court.

In the original case, Reinhart Foodservice LLC won a judgment against Michael Bros. Enterprises (doing business as Clancy’s Irish Pub), Nelson M. Michael and Dan Michael, also known as Daniel Michael, for $6,925, including interest.

Reinhart is represented by attorney Phillip James Addis of the Main Street Law Offices LLC in LaCrosse.
