On Jan. 5, George Petz was at Wheeling Island Gaming and went to the men’s restroom and was injured when a urinal fell off the wall, resulting in water spilling on the floor, which caused him to fall, according to a complaint filed in April in Ohio Circuit Court.
Petz claims the defendant negligently maintained the urinal that contributed to the cause of his fall and his personal injuries.
As a result of the defendant’s actions, Petz suffered pain, emotional distress and incurred medical expenses, according to the suit.
Petz is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. He is being represented by Ronald William Kasserman of Kasserman Law Offices PLLC.
