WHEELING — A West Virginia woman is suing a transportation company, alleging breach of a settlement agreement.

Tiffany Rivers Taylor filed a lawsuit Oct. 24 in Ohio Circuit Court against Megacorp Logistics LLC, alleging the defendant failed to abide by their confidential settlement agreement and release regarding alleged sexual assaults.

According to the complaint, Taylor, who worked at Megacorp Logistics 2009-14, entered into an agreement July 6 with the defendant for the settlement of a claim regarding alleged repeated sexual assaults.

As a result of defendant's conduct, the suit says, Taylor has suffered monetary damages, annoyance and inconvenience. The plaintiff alleges Megacorp Logistics sent an incorrect and fraudulent 1099 form in her name, sent a 1099 with an incorrect amount of money and long past the due time as mandated by law, and failed to provide proper 1099 containing disbursement for her attorney fees.

Taylor seeks trial by jury, judgment for her special and general injuries, losses and damages, attorney fees, costs and all other equitable relief. She is represented by attorney Paul J. Harris of Harris Law Firm in Wheeling.
