Automotive parts dealer alleges debtor, guarantor owe $75,000

PINEVILLE — A Huntington automotive parts dealer is suing a debtor and guarantor, alleging they owe more than &75,000 for breach of payment and guarantee agreements.

Hahn Automotive Warehouse Inc. filed a lawsuit Jan. 3 in Wyoming Circuit Court against Parts-R-Us Inc. and Kevin Shawn Tilley of Pineville, alleging they defaulted under terms of the agreement.

According to the complaint, between 2003 and October 2015, Hahn Automotive sold and delivered aftermarket automotive parts to the defendants who have yet to pay the balance of $75,215.60. 

Hahn Automotive Warehouse seeks trial by jury, that the plaintiff be granted possession of the collateral, judgment for $75,215.60, attorney fees and costs of court, plus all other appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Ryan S. Martseller of Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington.
