CHARLESTON — A father and son are suing New Martinsville nursing facility operators, alleging medical malpractice and negligence.

Robert Deegan II and Robert Deegan filed a lawsuit Jan. 9, in the Kanawha Circuit Court against Genesis Healthcare LLC, Sunbridge Mountain Care Management Inc., John Does 1-10, unidentified entities 1-10  and New Martinsville Healthcare Center, alleging they breached their duty to properly manage and operate the nursing home facility.

They are represented by attorneys James B. McHugh, Michael J. Fuller Jr. and D. Bryant Chaffin of McHugh Fuller Law Group PLLC in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
