PRINCETON — A land survey and engineering company is suing a Tennessee contractor and land owner, alleging they owe more than $26,000 for breach of contract.

Fink Engineering and Land Surveying LLC filed a complaint March 27 in Mercer Circuit Court against Bruin Construction Services LLC and Trinity Holdings LLC, alleging they failed to fulfill their contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Fink Engineering entered into a contract with Bruin and performed surveying and geotechnical inspections and testing on the land owned by Trinity to improve the property for business purposes.

To date, the suit says, these services provided by the plaintiff have not been fully paid for. The plaintiff alleges the defendants have failed to pay the invoice submitted by Fink in the amount of $26,093.75.

Fink Engineering and Land Surveying seeks trial by jury, damages for $26,093.75, plus interest, costs of court and other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorney Anthony R. Verneri of Verneri Law Offices in Princeton.
