Naturelle owes rent to Elm Terrace Shopping Center, complaint claims

WHEELING – A landlord of a Wheeling commercial shopping center alleges that a tenant failed to pay rent.

Elm Terrace Shopping Center LLC filed a complaint July 10 in Ohio Circuit Court against Naturelle LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is the landlord of the Elm Terrace Shopping Center in Wheeling. The suit states that the parties entered into a lease agreement in September 2015 but that the defendant failed to make all the required monthly rent, maintenance and tax payments under the terms of the lease.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $16,946.65 plus costs, late fees and interest, award judgment against the defendant in the amount of $1,491.50 per month, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Jeffery D. Kaiser of Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser and Altmeyer in Wheeling. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Ronald E. Wilson.
