Glade Springs Village Property Owners Association claims it is owed more than $11,000

BECKLEY – The owner of a Daniels property is alleged to have failed to pay dues to a homeowners association.

Glade Springs Village Property Owners Association filed a complaint Aug. 18 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Landquest LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff maintains the common facilities in a real estate subdivision and the defendant is responsible for the charges of the plaintiff as a result of its right to use those common areas.

The plaintiff holds Landquest LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the charges.

The plaintiff seeks the amount of $11,217.12 plus interest at the rate of 7 percent, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andrew Dimlich.
