First Community Bank alleges it is owed more than $66,000 for business loan

PRINCETON – A Mercer County woman is alleged to have defaulted on a business loan.

First Community Bank filed a complaint Aug. 21 in Mercer Circuit Court against Mary E. Tinsley, formerly doing business as RT Communications Inc., alleging that the individual failed to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the defendant was issued a business loan in 2009 and last made a payment in 2010.

The plaintiff holds Tinsley responsible because the defendant allegedly failed pay back the loan owed to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks the sum of $66,566.65 plus post-judgment interest, filing fee of $200, and service fee of $25. It is represented by Paul S. Atkins, James B. Atkins and Bree Whipp Ogle of Atkins & Ogle Law Offices LC in Buffalo. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Derek C. Swope.
