Ciji's Just One More Bar and Grill alleged to owe more than $9,000 for goods

KINGWOOD – A Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, company alleges that a Tunnelton business and two Kingwood individuals failed to pay for goods delivered.

Reinhart Foodservice LLC filed a complaint Aug. 21 in Preston Circuit Court against Ciji's Just One More Bar and Grill LLC, doing business as Wheeler County Kitchen; Ciji F. Shaffer; and Wendy L. Shaffer alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff sold Ciji's Just One More Bar and Grill goods but the defendant has not paid for them. The suit states the Shaffers were guarantors.

The plaintiff holds Ciji's Just One More Bar and Grill LLC, Ciji F. Shaffer and Wendy L. Shaffer responsible because the defendants allegedly accepted goods from the plaintiff but failed to pay for them.

The plaintiff seeks the amount of $9,718.58 plus interest at the rate of 18 percent, attorney's fees of $2,043.72, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Lawrance S. Miller Jr.
