PRINCETON – A Mercer County corporation alleges it was not paid for parts and services it delivered to two limited liability companies.
Shrewsbury Machine & Gear Inc. filed a complaint Aug. 23 in Mercer Circuit Court against Alpha Highwall Mining LLC and Revelation Energy LLC alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided parts and services to defendants on credit in 2017. To date, the amount of $144,263 allegedly remains due and owing.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in the sum amount of $144,263, with interest, attorney's fees and costs and such other appropriate relief. It is represented by William S. Winfrey II in Princeton. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Derek C. Swope.
