BECKLEY – A Raleigh County man is seeking damages after another driver allegedly caused a collision in Beckley.

Dinesh Lamichhane filed a complaint on Sept. 1 in the Raleigh Circuit Court against Bradley W. Lankford and TPS Wiring Solutions Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of Harper Road and the Interstate 64/77 entrance ramp in Beckley on Oct. 7, 2015. He alleges that Lankford also was stopped at the light, but attempted to drive his vehicle backward to change lanes, which struck a vehicle that in turn struck the plaintiff. The suit states Lankford was driving a TPS Wiring Solutions Inc. vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, punitive damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Robert D.
