WHEELING – An Illinois company alleges that a Wheeling business failed to pay for goods it purchased.

TR Chem Solutions LLC filed a complaint Oct. 5 in Ohio Circuit Court against Klear LLC, doing business as Klear Water Management, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sold certain goods to the defendant on credit. After all proper credits for payments and/or returned merchandise, the amount of $5,400 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Klear LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to make payments for the said amount.

The plaintiff seeks damages of $5,400 with accruing interest, attorney's fees in the amount of $1,348, costs of this action and all other relief to which it is entitled. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating & Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
