BECKLEY – A Bradley company is alleged to have failed to pay a Kentucky corporation despite demands.
Whayne Supply Co. filed a complaint Jan. 5 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Superior Steam Cleaning & Sand Blasting Inc. and Doug Humphrey alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially from not being paid for the principal sum of $25,244.12 by Superior Steam Cleaning & Sand Blasting Inc. The plaintiff alleges Humphrey personally guaranteed payment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $25,244.12 plus interest at the rate of 7 percent until paid in full, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick III.
