WINFIELD — A Putnam County couple is suing an RV company, alleging design defect, negligence and product liability.

Jason A. Withrow and Cindy L. Withrow filed a complaint March 13 in Putnam Circuit Court against Keystone RV Company, Dutchmen Manufacturing, Inc., and Burdette Camping Center, Inc., alleging failure to properly manufacture their products free of any defects.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs in April 2016, the Withrows purchased from Burdette a Kodiak RV travel trailer for $38,679 that was found to be defective. The plaintiffs allege the defendants failed to repair the Kodiak despite several attempts.

The Withrows seek trial by jury, damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by attorney Robert M. Williams of Maroney, Williams, Weaver & Pancake, PLLC in Charleston.
