Economic Evaluation Associates alleged to have defaulted on loan for BMW vehicle

WINFIELD – A Scott Depot company and two individuals are alleged to have defaulted on an auto loan.

WINFIELD – A Scott Depot company and two individuals are alleged to have defaulted on an auto loan.

BMW Financial Services NA LLC filed a complaint in Putnam Circuit Court against Economic Evaluation Associates PLLC, C. Zachary Meyers and Ross A. Dionne alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 6, 2015, Economic Evaluation Associates and Dionne entered into a retail installment sale contract with plaintiff for the purchase of a 2014 BMW 328xDrive for $36,140.92. 

To date, the allegedly outstanding payoff balance due under the contract is $13,004.11. The plaintiff alleges the vehicle is currently in possession of Economic Evaluation Associates and Meyers.

The plaintiff seeks immediate possession of the vehicle, assistance from the Putnam County sheriff to prevent breach of peace and all other relief to which plaintiff may be entitled. It is represented by Jacob Zweig of Evans Petree PC in Memphis, Tennessee.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Phillip M. Stowers
