FAYETTEVILLE – An Oak Hill woman and her husband are suing after the wife was allegedly involved in a vehicle accident.

Helen Lewis and Ronnie Lews filed suit May 29 in Fayette Circuit Court against the Board of Education of Fayette County.

According to the complaint, on June 6, 2012, Helen was driving her vehicle and was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Main Street and Central Avenue in Oak Hill.
