PERSONNEL FILE: Dinsmore welcomes two associates to W.Va. offices

CHARLESTON – Dinsmore & Shohl welcomes Ian G. Henry and Haley S. Hillen to the firm’s West Virginia offices.


In total, 20 Fall associates joined Dinsmore in 2014.



Henry joins the Charleston office, practicing out of the Litigation Department.  Prior to joining Dinsmore, Henry interned at the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Ripley. He also has a thorough understanding of finance from his time working as an audit intern for Suttle & Stalmaker PLLC, a CPA firm that provides financial services throughout West Virginia.


Henry earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, where he was the Executive Research Editor of the West Virginia Law Review.  Henry also received his B.S. from West Virginia University and is currently sitting for the CPA Exam in West Virginia.



Hillen joins the Morgantown office, practicing out of the Corporate Department.  Hillen worked as summer associate for two years before joining Dinsmore as an associate attorney.  Prior to joining Dinsmore, she was an active participant in student government and participated in the Supreme Court Clinic in law school.


Hillen earned her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law and also received her B.A. from West Virginia University.
