W.Va's Zyprexa settlement unsealed
McGraw NEW YORK – Pharmaceuticals maker Eli Lilly & Co. has agreed to pay $22.5 million to settle a lawsuit brought by West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw over its prescription anti-psychotic Zyprexa.

McGraw sues Comcast over cable boxes
McGraw WHEELING – West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw has sued Comcast cable company, claiming it violates state antitrust and consumer laws by making viewers rent its boxes to receive its premium programs.
