CHARLESTON - Jackson Kelly PLLC is pleased to welcome Dallas F. Kratzer III to the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia, office.
Kratzer joins the firm as an associate practicing in litigation. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wheeling Jesuit University, he received his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2013, graduating first in his class.
Kratzer served as the Senior Managing Editor for Volume 115 of the West Virginia Law Review. He was also Trial Coordinator and Treasurer for the Maryln E. Lugar Trial Association.
During his third year in law school, Kratzer was a member of the United States Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where he had the opportunity to assist with the drafting of writs of certiorari to the Supreme Court and briefs in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
