BECKLEY -- A Raleigh County man is suing over claims he purchased a faulty Ford vehicle.
Doug Bryant filed a lawsuit May 8 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Ford Motor Company.
According to the complaint, Bryant bought a new Ford F-150 for more than $36,000 on April 21, 2010, but the vehicle experienced repeated non-comformities the dealer failed to resolve.
Bryant is seeking a refund of the purchase price, damages for the loss of use, damages for the cost of repair attempts and attorney's fees.
He is being represented in the case by Anthony M. Salvatore of Hewitt & Salvatore PLLC in Beckley.
