BECKLEY -- A West Virginia company is suing over claims a Kentucky company has failed to pay for services rendered.
Saber Supply Company Inc. filed a lawsuit June 16 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Revelation Energy LLC.
According to the complaint, Saber Supply Company supplied materials and services to Revelation Energy in January and February totaling more than $33,900, which the defendant has failed to pay despite numerous requests by the plaintiff.
Saber Supply Company is seeking the amount owed plus court costs.
It is being represented in the case by attorney Anthony J. Sparacino, Jr. in Beckley.
