According to the complaint, Anderson worked for the defendant from July 2, 2013, until July 18, 2013, when employment was terminated, and the defendant failed to pay all wages owed to the plaintiff within 72 hours, as required by state code.

Anderson seeks liquidated damages and benefits due, plus costs.

Anderson is represented by attorneys J. Michael Ranson and Cynthia M. Ranson of Ranson Law Offices in Charleston, and G. Patrick Jacobs in Jacobs Law Office in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Joann Tabit.
