Forrester claims this error, in addition to her vacation days, are the cause of her retaliatory discharge. She seeks compensatory damages, interest, attorney fees and costs.

* Cornette signed a contract with Winesburg for the installation of a door, rebuilding, and reframing at Winesburg's home. Cornette has a Mechanic's Lien, which states the work must be completed within one hundred days. Cornette maintains it was completed between February 24 and April 10, fulfilling the lien. Cornette seeks enforcement of the lien and asks that the Ohio County Sheriff seize and sell Winesburg's property until the lien is fulfilled.
