PERSONNEL FILE: Leading health care lawyer joins Dinsmore & Shohl

CHARLESTON -- Robert J. O'Neil, one of the leading health care lawyers in West Virginia, has joined the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP.

He will practice in the Corporate Department working from the firm's Charleston office.

O'Neil has practiced in the area of health care litigation, regulatory, administrative, and corporate law for the past 27 years. O'Neil represents hospitals and other health care providers located throughout West Virginia, including many of the largest non-profit hospitals in West Virginia. He has been recognized for several awards including being listed in The Best Lawyers in America and West Virginia Super Lawyers.

O'Neil graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University and received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law. O'Neil is the former Chairman of the West Virginia Society for Hospital Attorneys and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Jones Division of Business of the University of Charleston.
