CHARLESTON -– Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to welcome Austin Hovermale as a new associate in the firm's Charleston office.
He will focus his practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate law, real estate, business formation and land use planning.
Hovermale received his undergraduate degree in history summa cum laude from West Virginia University. He graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law, Order of the Coif. During his time at WVU, he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and served as Articles Selection Editor of the West Virginia Law Review.
