WAYNE -- SP Newsprint Company is suing Wayne County Publications after it claims it failed to pay more than $125,000 for newspaper delivery services.
SP Newsprint delivered newspapers for Wayne County Publications through December 2008, according to a complaint filed July 30 in Wayne Circuit Court.
The defendant failed and refused to pay for the services and owed SP Newsprint $126,000, according to the suit.
SP Newsprint claims the defendant breached its contract by failing to pay for the services.
SP Newsprint is seeking judgment in the amount of $126,000, with pre- and post-judgment interest. The company is being represented by Ryan S. Marsteller.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Darrell Pratt.
