* Mace was one of the defendants' tenants and resided within a residence owned by CLS Properties. On Feb. 21, 2009, she claims she fell through a vent hole in the floor of the residence. Approximately six weeks prior to the incident, the daughter of one of Mace's friends had fallen through the same vent hole and Osborne had been notified and had repaired and covered the vent hole, according to the suit. Mace is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
