BECKLEY - A woman is suing Enterprise Rent-A-Car after she allegedly slipped and fell at a Beckley location.
Cathy Cox filed a lawsuit Nov. 13 in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County against Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co. of KY LLC, doing business as Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co. of West Virginia, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on July 20, 2012, Cox sustained serious injury when she fell while walking into Enterprise at 378 Canterbury Drive, Beckley. The plaintiff states the floor was slick and wet, creating a dangerous situation.
Cox is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages. She is being represented in the case by William A. McCourt Jr. of Losch & McCourt PLLC.
