United Industrial Services seeking courts help in collecting alleged debt

Overdue

PRINCETON—A Virginia corporation is suing an individual business owner, alleging unpaid bills for parts and services purchased.

United Industrial Services of Virginia Inc. filed a lawsuit on Jan. 29 in the Mercer Circuit Court against Douglas L. Robinson, who is doing business as Robinson Enterprises.

According to the complaint, Robinson ordered parts and services from United Industrial Services in the amount of $87,762, which he allegedly has yet to pay.

United Industrial Services demands judgment against Robinson for the full amount owed, plus costs, interests and attorney's fees. The plaintiff is represented by William S. Winfrey II of Princeton.
