Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has elected San Diego Office Managing Partner Joseph Leventhal to the firm’s board of directors.
Leventhal joins the 19-member board for a three-year term effective immediately. Each Dinsmore office region is represented by at least one seat on the board. Leventhal represents the Detroit, Ann Arbor, Chicago, San Diego and Denver offices.
Leventhal is a litigator whose practice spans all areas of business litigation, including the defense of class actions, patent litigation, complex contract matters and white collar defense. He is a national director for the Federal Bar Association and was previously a commissioner on the City of San Diego Ethics Commission as well as a White House attorney serving as deputy assistant to the vice president. Leventhal has been named a top attorney in San Diego by San Diego Metro, San Diego Magazine and Super Lawyers®.
