LOGAN – An investment company is seeking damages, claiming they were not allowed to build on their property.
Josef Investments LLC filed a complaint in Logan Circuit Court against RGB Logan Development LLC.
According to the complaint, on Oct. 1, 2018 the plaintiff purchased a property from The Oaks LLC. The defendant allegedly then told the plaintiff that construction of log cabins on the property would be prohibited, even though it was not prohibited by the city or county.
The defendant is accused of violation of an agreement.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Eric O'Briant.
The case has been assigned to Judge Ronald Wilson.
