WHEELING – A Wheeling company alleges a Morgantown business owes more than $34,000 for merchandise purchased on a commercial credit account.
Chas M. Sledd Co., doing business as Team Sledd, filed a complaint in Ohio Circuit Court against All U Need LLC and George P. Tanios alleging breach of contract.
The suit states that the plaintiff sold and delivered to All U Need goods purchased on credit and that Tanios was guarantor. The plaintiff alleges that as of Feb. 1, a balance of $34,544.93 is due and owing.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arch W. Riley Jr. of Bernstein - Burkley PC in Wheeling.
