A Wayne County man has filed a lawsuit against GM claiming the Chevrolet Suburban he purchased was defective.
Tanner Clark filed his complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against General Motors claiming the 2023 Suburban he purchased October 7, 2023, did not conform to its express warranties.
Despite several attempts, Clark says GM failed to make necessary repairs to align the vehicle with said express warranties. Furthermore, Clark accuses GM of committing willful and/or negligent acts leading to monetary loss, consequential and incidental damages, emotional and mental distress, aggravation, anxiety, loss of use annoyance and inconvenience.
