Bailey & Glasser LLP issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.
The national law firm Bailey Glasser LLP has hired Will Flynn as an associate in its Charleston, WV office. Will focuses his legal practice on consumer protection, with an emphasis on complex class-action litigation.
“We are excited to have Will join us at Bailey Glasser,” said Jonathan Marshall, a Charleston-based partner who heads the firm’s Consumer Litigation practice group. “Will is a promising new lawyer with a dynamic professional background we know he’ll put to good use representing our consumer clients in a wide variety of arenas. We’re thrilled to be working with him as he embarks on his legal career.”
Prior to beginning his legal career, Will worked as political campaign organizer and labor organizer, developing strong organizational and people skills.
