PINEVILLE - A couple are suing a gas station after the wife allegedly tripped and fell due to uneven pavement.
Vickie Sue Kidd and Charles Kidd filed a lawsuit Dec. 3 in the Circuit Court of Wyoming County against the 7-Eleven Store No. 35935, 7-Eleven Inc. and Prima Marketing LLC, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Dec. 5, 2011, Vicki Kidd was a customer at the 7-Eleven at 3817 Mountaineer Highway, Maben, when she was injured after she tripped and fell due to uneven pavement by the gasoline pump islands.
The Kidds are seeking an undisclosed amount of damages for her injuries. They are being represented in the case by attorney Timothy P. Lupardus.
