PRINCETON - A Mercer County woman is suing after allegedly being injured in an auto accident.

Pamela Carter filed a lawsuit Nov. 25 in the Circuit Court of Mercer County against Bradley Brown.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 2, 2011, Carter was driving her vehicle on Route 105, Oakvale Road, when the defendant slammed into the back of Carter's vehicle while she was waiting to make a proper left turn.

Brown was negligent and/or grossly negligent by failing to keep a proper lookout, failing to keep his vehicle under control, driving at an excessive rate of speed, operating his vehicle too close to the plaintiff's, driving in an erratic manner and acted with disregard of the plaintiff's safety, according to the complaint.

Carter states she sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident.
