LOGAN -- A company is suing Black River Coal for money owed.
White Armature Works Inc., filed a lawsuit Dec. 23, in the Logan Circuit Court against Black River Coal LLC.
According to the complaint, White Armature Works provided services and goods relating to electronic motors used in the coal industry and totaling more than $30,000 to Black River Coal. The defendant is accused of failing to pay.
White Armature Works is seeking payment as well as interest and attorney fees. They are being represented in the case by attorneys Daniel T. Yon and Molly K. Frick of Bailes, Craig & Yon.
