BECKLEY -- A woman is suing Chase after they continued calling her home seeking debt collection.
Charlotte J. O'Brien filed a lawsuit Dec. 27 in Raleigh Circuit Court against JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., citing violations of the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
