CHARLESTON -- The law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle has announced that Eric W. Iskra was reelected to a two-year term on Spilman’s Management Committee, continuing his service as Member in Charge of Client Services.
“Eric provides exemplary leadership and vision for Spilman, and his ability to shape our processes and services from the client’s perspective is exceptional,” said Michael J. Basile, managing member. “We are fortunate to have Eric lead in this capacity for another term.”
Iskra also serves as Chair of Spilman’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. His practice encompasses trial work and litigation, with an emphasis on labor and employment, employment class actions, health care and disability, and complex matters.
A member of the American Bar Association, he currently is serving as the Program Chair of the Employee Rights and Responsibilities Committee. He is a frequent speaker on employment law at national and international programs and is a member of the Board of Trustees for World Services Group and the Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences.
