CHARLESTON -- Spilman Thomas & Battle has announced that four new attorneys have joined the law firm, strengthening its corporate and litigation departments.
Gerald E. “Gee” Lofstead III joins the firm’s Wheeling office, where he will focus on civil litigation, real estate law, corporate law, commercial law and insurance defense litigation.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College and his law degree from Temple University.
Lofstead is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Ohio.
Victoria D. Summerfield will practice law in Spilman’s Pittsburgh office. Her practice will focus on civil litigation, with particular emphasis in energy law.
She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Duquesne University. Summerfield then earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Robin Queen Triplett joins the firm’s Morgantown office.
Her practice will focus on corporate law, with a special emphasis in wills, estates and trusts law.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University and her law degree from West Virginia University. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia.
Robert H. “Rob” Wall will practice law in Spilman’s Winston-Salem, N.C., office.
His practice focuses on federal tax law and corporate law. Wall earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University, his J.D. from the University of Alabama and his L.L.M. in tax from the University of Denver.
He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Georgia.
