PINEVILLE -- A man is suing after the warranty on his new truck failed to repair the vehicle.
Rodney D. Cline filed a lawsuit Jan. 17 in Wyoming Circuit Court against General Motors LLC.
According to the complaint, on March 24, Cline purchased a new 2013 Chevrolet Silverado Truck with a warranty for three years or 36,000 miles. Cline says the vehicle has been in the shop more than three times and has been out of commission, yet the express warranty has failed in its purpose to result in the repair of the vehicle.
Cline is seeking the price of the vehicle, more than $54,000, attorney's fees and damages of $20,000. Cline is being represented in the case by attorney Timothy P. Lupardus.
