Rosalie Lambert filed a lawsuit Jan. 23 in Cabell Circuit Court against Dollar Tree Stores Inc., Thundering Herd Development LLC, THD Investors 7 LLC and THD Management Co.

Lambert alleges on April 25, 2012, she was on the premises of the defendant's store at 2014 Thundering Herd Drive in Barboursville when she sustained serious injury after she tripped over a rolled up mat that was leaning on a pillar outside the store. The defendants acted negligently, which caused the plaintiff's injury, according to the complaint.
