Landlord says Camelot Photography didn't pay lease

HUNTINGTON -- A Cabell County business faces suit after allegedly breaching terms of a lease.


C-4 Enterprises LLC filed a lawsuit Jan. 21 in Cabell Circuit Court against Camelot Photography and Jan D. Wittier.

The complaint states the plaintiff leases property to the defendants at 918 Adams Ave. in Huntington. The plaintiff contends the defendants have failed to pay their lease payments, in breach of the terms of the contract and have failed to pay utilities as required under the lease. In addition, the defendants have or attempted to cause waste on the property and refuse to vacate the property, according to the complaint.

The plaintiff is seeking $16,000 in unpaid rent, rent during the pendency of this action, an order ejecting the defendants from the property and costs. C-4 Enterprises is being represented by attorney Ryan Turner of Bellomy & Turner LC.
