MARTINSBURG -- Martin & Seibert's Caitlin M. Bailey was sworn in and admitted to practice law in the State of West Virginia on Oct. 24 by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals at a ceremony at the West Virginia Capital.
Caitlin’s father, Charleston attorney Charles R. Bailey, moved for her admission. On the same day, Caitlin was likewise admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia during a ceremony at the Robert C. Byrd United States Court House in Charleston.
