WHEELING -- Bordas & Bordas has named a new Assistant Director of Communications and Philanthropy.

Brandi Richards will assist with the firm’s communications, community & media relations, and philanthropic efforts.

Richards is a 2013 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in Professional Communications. While at WJU, she composed articles for the school newspaper, did design work for various on-campus organizations, and was an active member of the Professional Communications Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta. Richards also completed an eight-month post-graduate internship at Bordas & Bordas prior to accepting her current position.

Jamie Bordas, managing partner of the firm, said that he is excited for what Richards brings to the table.

“We are very pleased that Brandi Richards has joined us at Bordas and Bordas,” Bordas said. “We had the pleasure of experiencing her work ethic, creativity and insight through her participation as an intern here at the firm and are happy that she has decided to stay with us full-time.”

A resident of Dillonvale, and a graduate of Bellaire St. Johns High School, Richards actively volunteers at St. Adalbert Catholic Church and various local events.
